Why is Kyle Dean Massey leaving Pippin?- Page 2

I didn't care for Kyle Dean Massey, so I don't get what everyone is up in arms about. The group I went with all agreed that he was the weakest link in the show. I understand that the role he is playing is younger than he, the actor, is, but he played it like a bad highschool actor "showing" us that he was portraying a boy. So much flailing about the stage and superficial line readings, it left much to be desired.

^ I actually really liked him when I saw him. He was better than I thought he would be. I thought he was just as good as Matthew.

He was a guest at Seth's Chatterbox last night. Afterwards I overheard someone ask him what he was doing next and he replied that he couldn't say yet, but an announcement would be made soon.

When is he leaving??? I heard that his last show was the 2nd of november but now it says Josh Kaufmans first show is the 31st?? (According to the pippin website)

Wednesday night, the 29th. Sam Lips will be on as Pippin on Thursday with Kaufman starting on Friday
