I dont know since I haven't seen them all, but I like the Broadway one

"Let the little girl go, and that poor little dog? Dodo." That's my favorite line in the whole show (Wicked). My next favorite line is "Oh! It seems the artichoke is steamed."

If Kristin Chenoweth was put into the tour cast instead of Kendra that would be my perfect Wicked cast:)

sorry I posted rather than replied. Several persons who have seen all the productions say current chicago one is the best and that Ana Gasteyer will be going to broadway soon. while the original cd is great, Ana and Kate as well as the entire cast are better. I bet their cd(if they can produce one )will be bigger seller if listners could hear both before buying.

I love the OBC to death, but the newer casts are amazing as well!

I thought of this after I got offline last night..I should say I've seen the current cast...

when I saw it it was JLT, Saycon, David Ayers, Michelle, Carol Shelley, George Hearn, etc...

that's definitely no longer current! :)
I about cried when I didn't see Sho, that was something I was desperatly looking forward too re: Wicked

But that particular cast that I saw was well under the Tour and Chicago! :) Sorry for my mistake...

Here was my favorite cast: Idina, JLT, Joey McIntyre, Michelle Federer, Christopher Fitzgerald, George Hearn, Carole Shelley, & William Youmans.

Granted I've only seen it on broadway, but I've seen 7 different combinations there. Looking forward to seeing Ana in Chicago soon.

I have seen the original cast in New York and have seen clips of the touring company. Based on what I have seen of the touring company, I like the original cast better. I can make a better comparison in September when I see it here in Denver.

That's a tough question. I don't really like the curreny Broadway cast, but i loved Jennifer and Idina together. Then in the touring cast I like Stephanie and Katie together. I haven't seen the Chicago company yet. I really can't shoose

Well I just saw the Chicago cast and I must say they are pretty damn great! The chorus is definatly the best! And if I would have just seen the second act of the Chicago one I would without a doubt vote for Chicago. You have no idea how amazing kate and Ana are in the second act! WOW seriously WOW! The Chicago Nessa is also the best I have heard and seen! She is adorable and has this voice on her!!

I did see some of the current Broadway cast. I was extremely fortunate to catch Idina's "last" performance (basically the red track suite performance) Shoshana and JLT together on stage has been the best theatre I have ever seen in my almost 21 years of life! If you didnt catch them together you have no idea what f***ing amaing theatre is! hehe

I have heard such mixed things about the tour. Most negative about Glinda and Fiyero. I can not make judgments about the tour since I have no seen them. I do enjoy SJB however I must agree with the masses, from what I have heard, she sounds a lot like Lizza and Cher. Amazing talent that girl has though!!!!! I definatly could not endure what she has and even come close to matching her talent!

If you block it, It will never exist through any other medium And be lost. The world will never have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, Nor how valuable it is, Nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly, To keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware Directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, A blessed unrest that keeps us marching And makes us more alive than others."

I've only seen the chicago cast because I was too slow to get tickets to the tour and I'm not gettin' to new york anytime soon. I loved the chicago cast with all my heart. I love the OBC recording but (please don't hurt me) I like chicago better. I heard a lot of bad stuff about the tour though. I'm sure they're great but a lot are saying that the chicago and new york casts are better. My poor friend went to see the tour and got understudies for both elphaba and glinda. I hope nobody hunts me down for liking chicago better than OBC...

Hey dont you worry Devin! Plenty of people who have seen Chicago cast know exactly what you are talking about! I really wish more people from across the country could really understand how amazing this show is and how amazingly forunate Chicago is to have this more than Broadway quality show here!

"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

Elphie love = Dee, Sho, & Steph

Glinda love = Kristin, JLT

Fiyero love = Adam Lambert

Morrible - Carol Shelly. Roni Reed sounds a bit like a drag queen during DG, and Carol Kane is good, but she doesn't sing.

Wizard - David Garrison all the way.

I guess the tour wins, as they have the majority of the love, but I think it'd be kinda fun to try some cast switch ups. Shoshana on tour...whoa baby!

How do you think the tour cast will be once they get Eden in there??? And how do you think she compares with the other current green girls? (sho, steph, & ana)

I haven't really heard too much about Eden other than a lot of varying opinons on a thread I posted a while ago... but do you think she will strengthen or weaken the tour cast?

And just wondering... I heard one tiny clip of her doing Elphie and I can't say I was too excited... her high belting wasn't all that great... atleast on the cheap (prob illegal) recording... anyone seen her live that can tell me how she really does the belty high stuff??? Hopefully she will do great on the tour!!! (crossing my fingers cuz I alredy have tix!)

OBC was definetly the best but Chicago is probably on top right now...

Kristin Chenoweth could barely control a Great Dane she trotted onto the stage. "Great, they gave me a dog that weighs five times what I do", she quipped. For the record, she weighs 93 pounds, and has a Maltese.
