if its a wiki you don't have to hack to change it. THE POINT OF WIKIS IS THAT ANYONE CAN ADD TO THEM SO FOR THE MOST PART THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

It's not Wikipedia. Wikipedia is just a very large (probably the largest) Wiki. This was from a different Wiki. Not Wikipedia.

This Wiki actually requires you to make an account and log in, so that's why I thought it would be reliable.

A wiki is any open-access and open-editing collection of pages. Wikipedia is a VERY large wiki. There are thousands of other wikis, though, and not all of them are sponsored by Wikipedia. Anyone can make a Wiki. Wikis have been around since 1995. Wikipedia started in 2000.
