Sociopathic Child Rapist made an art space political and he should expect no one besides the weird people he hires (Hi Laura!) to ever perform there. I expect it to be dark for long stretches of time. I'm so happy I canceled my subscription; there are so many other incredible performing art centers around the area worth checking out.

Yes to all of this. Off the top of my head - Arena Stage, Signature Theatre, Studio Theatre, Woolly Mammoth Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Company, and others all do consistently great work and there is certainly no shortage of fine arts in the DC area. All of these places deserve our support. No reason to support the hogwash at the venue formerly known as The Kennedy Center.

The staff should just be laid off at this point. Bravo to everyone cancelling their events there.
