They recorded a cast album so yes it will be everlasting just not on stage.

I think they may be plotting to hold on until the Tony Awards, in hopes of a performance on the broadcast boosting ticket sales -- if they can afford to perform that is. If not, I imagine the well will run dry. (There. Was that clever enough?)

We saw Tuck recently and really liked it. I was actually going to sell or just not use my tickets because of all the negative comments on the board, but I am glad we decided to go. I recall several people saying the story is too simple and light-weight to carry an entire musical, but I honestly could not disagree more.
The show offers a very beautiful look at what really matters in life, and I found the plot and message to be full, weighty and thought provoking. It is a fairy tale set to beautiful music, and it is sad that more people are not going to get the chance to see it.
It is often compared to Matilda, and yes, kids would like it, but it is definitely not just a show for kids. It is for anyone, regardless of age. It is about family, love and life. It reminded me a lot of my favorite movie of all time, Cinema Paradiso. I recommend that people go see it before it closes.

I can see this show being popular for amateur and high school theatres. The role of Winnie is going to be a great jumping off point for so many young actresses.

Yes, it will be popular in high schools-- doesn't mean it's very good! Pretty sure I'll produce it soon after it is released.
