Quizking, Fiddler on the Roof is near the bottom of your list? I haven't seen the show yet, but that surprises me.

I thoroughly enjoyed Danny Burstein (he can seldom do wrong) and thought he carried the whole show, but the lacking chemistry between all of the supporting players as well as the cheap-looking production design took me out of the show

I agree that it's only fair to include every show on this list, because otherwise it's not really "Worst Shows of 2014/2015," it's "Worst Shows That NewYorkTheater Hates From 2014/2015."

Well, that's exactly what it is, Elfuh; I don't pretend otherwise. (Actually, it's not for 2014-2015. It's for the calendar year 2015)

All those top ten lists aren't objectively "the best shows" -- they're the shows that the person making the list liked the most. Even the nominees for awards reflect the views of the members of the nominating committee.

The same goes with my nominees.

I can't help pointing out that Post drama critic Elisabeth Vincentelli has written an article on the worst theater flops of the year -- and she doesn't restrict it to Broadway.

Her list, in order from worst:

1. China Doll

2. Would You Still Love Me If.... (that's the one directed by Kathleen Turner)

3. Dinner with the Boys (That's the one written by and starring Dan Lauria, of The Wonder Years and Lombardi)

4. Doctor Zhivago

5. Wolf Hall . In this one, she adds: "How many of those pseudo-highbrow, dull-as-hell British imports must we endure? (See also: “King Charles III”)"

This didn't make it to Broadway, but first wives club in Chicago was pretty terrible.

Fairly limited here: Enjoyed a lot: Fish In The Dark and Hand To God.

Did not enjoy (Like a Hasty Puddings production, not Broadway) Something Rotten.
