Worst Broadway Show of 2015

This is a horrendous idea for a thread, and also, why did you only include flops and things that aren't popular? If you're going to do a poll like this, pile together every show that opened in the 2014-2015 season or don't do it at all.

Of the 10 you mention, I saw 5. Most of your choices I disagree with. If I had to vote, from what I have read and heard I would say China Doll

Love a good train wreck but ain't paying those prices to see one.

Clearly it's HAMILTON. That dated turkey.

I agree with that quote. Immensely so. But to have a compilation of the best and worst, why would it make sense to not include every show? I know it's a lot of work, but it makes far more sense, especially if you wanted to make something like this. And I don't want you to think I'm offended because a show I like is on this list. I just don't see the point if you aren't putting them all on the line, you know?

So you would conduct it differently (if at all.) This is how I'm doing it. Polltakers can (and have been) adding their own selections in the "other" slot if their choice is not on my list of ten.

Amazing Grace is neck and neck with China Doll for the top of the list. My guess is that the first was around longer, and the second is a big draw because of Pacino, giving more people a chance to see them than the third and fourth picks -- Doctor Zhivago and Living on Love -- both of which lasted a very short while.

Saw Amazing and found it entertaining. Was it great - no. Living On Love should have been off Broadway . Diverting and that was it. Douglas Sills made it bearable.Enjoyed Dr Z more than others did. Some movies should not be musicalized. The good doctor was one. It had a beautiful score but trying to cut a movie that majestic by almost an hour and make sense of it was a big error. Even though it was a love story, strangely that aspect did not come out on stage like it should have

The poll does not work for me, but the worst musicals I saw were Zhivago & Finding Neverland.

Amazing Grace, by a wide wide margin. Possibly the worst show I've seen on Broadway (though the Snow Geese comes awfully close). The one i didn't see was Doctor Zhivago, so I cant comment on that.

I would disagree with Wolf Hall being on here. Though part one was certainly stronger than part two, I really enjoyed it and it showcased some fantastic acting.

I'm not voting but Doctor Zhivago was great. At the very least (aside from the projections) there was a level of competence that puts it ahead of most of the other entries. I also disagree with Wolf Hall. Yes, part one was stronger but "the worst Broadway show" is a stretch.

Shoulda was pretty terrible. It was the only show of the season I seriously regretted shelling out money for.

From what I have heard, another star driven show which turned out to be a dud . If not for Metcalf I hear it would **** twice as much.

Doctor Zhivago was adapted from the original novel by Boris Pasternak. I didn't see it, but the most I know they took from the David Lean film was Somewhere My Love.

Wow, you are spewing your nonsense all over the place today. You vote a show you never saw worst play of 2015!! Your comments never cease to amaze in both volume and ridiculousness.

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

I and my family loved "It Shoulda Been You" and saw it 3 times. I also thought "Misery" was excellent, and hope to see it again, same with "Finding Neverland"

"The Visit" definitely dragged a bit and wasn't too great..surprised that wasn't on your genius list....

It was a sort of Greek chorus comment.
