That would be annoying to me personally if they really do go on tour, and not have a cast recording. I like to collect the cds from shows I've seen. I would be very disappointed.

The same reason shows like Bridges & Honeymoon are going on tour. Broadway is no longer the be all and end all. Just because an entertaining show cannot make it on Broadway is no reason to believe it can not do so on the road .

Ah, I guess if that's their prerogative. I didn't see it but heard awful things. Good luck to all the parties involved!
Also, I hadn't heard Honeymoon in Vegas was going on tour. I understand Bridges of Madison County, but Honeymoon is a little strange.

I'm not convinced that it will actually tour but if they plan on releasing the rights to regionals they'll need a reference recording. Cry-Baby finally has one. It's a strange world we're living in.

WONDERFUL! A very worthy score & top-notch cast. Anyone resentful of it's accomplishment should question their attitude.

I saw the show and did not hate as much as I thought I would. However, I went in with very low expectations. I would still like to see a cast recording, though.
