Vanities is done after the run at Second Stage (though it is being recorded) so she'd be free.

I think learning Galinda in a week isn't unheard of... Julia Murney learned in like 6 days from what I read.

She must've been practing at the Gershwin Theatre. Nicole Parker rehearsed at the Pantages Theatre in LA when she got the part. Anneliese may have been rehearsing the part in New York before she does the tour.

The new tour Glinda will be rehearsing with the company in San Diego. The Broadway production is rehearsing their own new Glinda at the moment.

Does anyone know who could be Glinda on tour?> Katie supposedly is leaving August 16th, (from Donna Vivino) Annaleise seems like the most likely candidate. Anyone knows who replaces Donna in September?

Did you read the last several posts? It can't be Anneliese because she's doing Vanities, and the new Glinda will be rehearsing with the touring company. No word yet on who it is.

For whoever asked, I heard Vanities is being recorded from someone I know (not anneliese) affiliated with the show. I believe they are going into the studio soon and its going to be on the sh-k-boom label.

Also, if the new Glinda were to be rehearsing in San Diego it would be difficult for Ashley because she's doing "Hairspray" at the Muny Theatre in St. Louis.
