If the Kate Winslet rumors are indeed true and that she will be taking over in January, I assume that the show will hold down the fort as well as they can until January 2011 for Kate. It's a shame that the show isn't doing very well, it has the potential to be much bigger than it is. IF Kate really does take over, I see the show running for a lot longer. Attach her to any project, and tickets will sell. This could just be the beginning.

It's a good season..just not for Boston. For such a long wait..I expected more.

This will be Wicked's 3rd return to Boston..

Boston's season isn't going to be announced until late April. We still have a chance. I'm more than sure it will be there.

does anyone know anything about this tour? I'm sure it will be the same set..seeing as it was already downscaled as it was. Several Tour dates include: Ottawa, Edmonton, San Antonio, Pensacola, Alberta

I thought so too until it booked Pensacola, FL and Baton Rouge, LA for one night only. Either they lowered their standards tremendously, or it's simply non-equity. I've heard talk of it going non eq too. I wonder what they are going to do with the equity tour.

Mamma Mia is going non-equity, as well as Fiddler on the Roof. Being Billed as Just "Fiddler on the Roof" without another big named attached to it like Topol or Harvey. A Chorus Line is surely going non-equity. As well as Spamalot and Legally Blonde, but I'm sure those have already been noted. The Color Purple's non equity tour is the same set however with a new cast. As well as I'm sure the Legally Blonde's new non eq tour will be. Is it possible to water down that show any further? I believe this tour is opening in New Orleans at the Mahalia Jackson Theater in December. Pensacola has been announced to receive it as well.
