Ask her? The issue isn't typically whether some singer or whatever would do a role, but whether that person could sell enough tickets for the producers to give them the role... and in this case, I don't think so, seeing as I've never heard of her, either.

She was a huge star in Dr Who, but has also won rave reviews at the National Theatre in England and I believe she won the Olivier Award for 'Yerma', which has had 2 sell-out engagements.
She would certainly suit the role but I don't think it's really of interest to her.

I heard that she won't do Cabaret the musical, but she will do Cabaret the 4D Immersive Experience.
