Posted: 4/8/05 at 8:26pm"Baby Dream Your Dream" from Sweet Charity is one of the best female duets ever. I also love, "What You Don't Know About Women" from City of Angels.

In His Eyes --- Jekyll and Hyde (I sang this once, and its--WOW)
I Move On/Class --- both from Chicago
I Still Believe --- Miss Saigon
A Quarter to Nine --- 42nd Street
Matchmaker --- Fiddler (I'm sure you could make this for two girls)
One Boy/What Did I Ever See in Him --- both from Bye Bye Birdie
That one from Side Show...
there are more but I am drawing a blank.

I agree with "In His Eyes". Absolutely BEAUTIFUl duet.
"Ohio" from Wonderful Town is a lovely one. Which is perfect for one soprano and one alto.

The Alice Ripley/Emily Skinner CD - Duets has some wonderful arrangements.
My faves:
My Friend {From My Life} [From the Life]
I Know Him So Well {From Chess}
Perfect Strangers {From the Mystery of Edwin Drood}
If We Never Meet Again {From Rags}
One Boy/What Did I Ever See in Him? {From Bye Bye Birdie}
Heck, they're all gr8 :)
Good luck.

Ballad:
Every Day a Little Death-- Follies
In His Eyes-- Jekyll and Hyde
I Still Believe-- Miss Saigon
A Boy Like That/I Have a Love-- West Side Story
Upbeat:
There's Always a Woman-- Anyone Can Whistle
A Very Nice Prince-- Into the Woods (actually, I'm not really sure what to classify this as...)
I know there are tons more, but nothing else is coming to me at the moment...

I'd do, depending on the sound you're going for:
I Still Believe--Miss Saigon
Room 317--Miss Saigon
