If by that you mean The King and I with Kate Baldwin as Anna.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Amadeus with Benedict Cumberbatch as Amadeus.
PLEASE THEATRE GODS MAKE THIS COME TRUE BECAUSE IF IT DOES I WILL DIE OF PERFECTION. He has made remarks in the past about always having to play 'well heeled' characters, so I would love to see him go a bit crazy as Mozart. And he's absolutely fantastic at playing geniuses as well (Hawking, Frankenstein). idkidk- I'm fangirling. But I'd love to see this. Really. REALLY.

Mame with Donna Murphy. Coming off as such a fan girl because I think I just brought her up in another thread, but seriously... I remember this being talked about a lot last year. Needs to happen.
Would also love to see Baldwin as Anna in The King and I.

I'd LOVE to see Reba as Dolly. I'd love to see her win a Tony! She was amazing in her debut in AGYG. I still think Bette would be great in the role, too.
How about Cheyenne Jackson in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT (I'd see it for the loin cloth scene alone).
And yes.. I was actually just listening to the OBCR of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. I still don't really understand why it closed. To make room for A LITTLE MERMAID? It was still doing VERY well. The score is delightful. A revival would do BIG business.
