A theatre company here in Denver just did it and everyone was raving about it. A friend of mine was in it but I wasn't able to see it.

And the back of the Foxwoods theater is just a perfect location! You can really sense the intimacy of it. And once Spiderman starts up I don't think it will become a problem because frankly from where I was seated you couldn't see or hear any of the "main Spiderman stage". In all this was perhaps the best broadway revival I've scene so far and it's certain to run for years!

I can't say too much so PLEASE don't ask me to spill any more, but a little birdie told me that they are cutting Joanne's eleven o'clock number, "The Ladies Who Lunch." Like I said, a little birdie told me.

Yeah, apparently it was really expensive to break the blood pact Tracy Thoms made with the Larsons to play Joanne with impunity for all of eternity.

That blood pact is nowhere near as strong as Adam & Anthony's pact that keeps their RENT umbilical cord attached.

I was really worried about what would happen to RENT when Adam and Anthony died, but an usher told me MTI were working with James Street Players to write a new necrophilia scene! How hip and edgy!

I heard that all the props had to be less than three feet wide, so they did the entire thing with a just a table and chairs and a some Christmas lights they brought in. It was so...different.

I would be very very happy if it were even half as good as that Tony Award-worthy FOLLIES that James Street Players did a couple years ago. (and the Oscar-worthy bootlegs that used to be on youtube). I hard they are going to use the same orchestra for RENT as they did for FOLLIES--that'll sound nice.
