what are some other sung through musicals out there... and i mean those that are pretty much all singing to very very minimal speaking dialogue... i know some are:
Miss Saigon Les Miserables Phantom (although it has like one scene where it's just talking) Martin Guerre
And i haven't seen them in a while... but isn't Caroline, Or Change and Jane Eyre sung through?
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
Actually, that's my one quibble about Dreamgirls. It seems like Henry Krieger was trying to make up his mind whether or not to make Dreamgirls a sung through musical or not. It's weird. Was he trying to experiment. Because the musical inconsistency is the one flaw of Dreamgirls.
And there's a little dialogue in Aspects of Love. But not a lot.
"Then there are several by Joe Green (better known as Giuseppe Verdi), a few by Gilbert & Sullivan, some kid Wolf A. Mozart wrote a couple"
Are you being sarcastic? Because those particular musicals have a name. Yeah, they're called operas.

ATTENTION FANS: I will be played by James Barbour in the upcoming musical, "BroadwayWorld: The Musical."
"In theater, the process of it is the experience. Everyone goes through the process, and everyone has the experience together. It doesn't last - only in people's memories and in their hearts. That's the beauty and sadness of it. But that's life - beauty and the sadness. And that is why theater is life." - Sherie Rene Scott
