Previews don't begin until June 28th. so if you go in early June tickets will cost next to nothing but the performance will be much shorter.. The better question to ask is will Moulin Rouge wait for you?

I haven’t seen it, have a ticket for a seat in a great location, and am very much looking forward to it!!! Woohoo!

Wait for MR to do what? Tour? Wait for a year?
I've seen it, it's quite the spectacle - and I recommend it. But as your first response said - you have no choice it won't be playing yet in early June.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I just realized Moulin Rouge starts previews during world pride in nyc. That'll be one crazy weekend!

Well, you are already "not seeing it" in early June - so unless you can change your trip to LATE June or early July, you don't have a choice.

Ticket prices are outrageous. Do we expect they will drop anytime soon?

I doubt it. It's selling fairly well, and we seldom see prices drop - unless sales are abysmal. The best we can hope for is them not INCREASING.
