OEDIPUS Reviews Nov 25

A Must See - do whatever you can to grab a ticket - and the closer to the stage the better.
With that being said, Ms. Manville was none too pleased with folks filming the curtain call. She gestured quite strongly for those two folks to put their iPhones down during bows. And the looks she was giving one particular gentlemen as the final curtain fell, daggers.
An incredible, riveting piece of theater that MUST be seen.

I'll start off my saying Michael Arden is a genius and one of the best Directors of all time - but why the heck are they charging over $400 for Orchestra tickets in that awful barn known as The Palace to this show on a Sat night in April?
Sure, the prices will drop, Not many are going can afford or will pay this kind of insane money for an unknown show with no stars attached. My question is, why? With the state of musicals this season - and quite possibly f

Musical adaptation of THE LOST BOYS. Nov 7

Sorry but how and why are they charging $422 a seat in the Orchestra?!!! It's not even Premium Orchestra - it's the damn barn The Palace which while beautifully redone (visited during Tammy Faye) is still a barn.
$422 maybe if there was an above title name like Denzel, Daniel, Lithgow but C'mon....it is beyond obnoxious and out of reach. I can - and will be seeing 3 other Broadway shows, in excellent seats, for just about this price.

Just got tickets tot this as it appeared LCT did a ticket drop. I wish that front row was available when I purchased - curious how the experience was for people. Board seems a tad quiet on this one but I have heard nothing but stellar things about this play not to mention the reviews out of the UK. Any further word?

Has anyone had the chance to head to Maine to check out this production of GUYS & DOLLS?
This cast is stacked! Bianca Marroquín, Rob McClure, Ephraim Sykes .
Have never been up there and think it could be a nice New England visit with the plays in Williamstown?

Hoping someone here might know something...any sense on WHEN the show will actually start previews? Easily one if not the most anticipated play of the season and in a perfect world would love to see this, RAGTIME and CHESS in a Fall NYC trip. Got RAGTIME tickets already but eagerly awaiting what "Fall" means for the other productions.
Any insight? Would Fall mean September? November?

anyone here got the chance to see the show? having read this thread - and the reviews out of London - I really am looking forward to this one.
To those that have gone to see it at ART, where do you recommend for seating? Sounds like an intimate show so imagine that front section is best (even though those seats are less expensive?!)
