When Movin' Out was at The Denver Center Of Performing arts (i think it was prevewing it was about 3 or 4 years ago) in the middle of the show the guy who was playing Eddie cracked somthing so he is dancing but his leg is noticably limping so after the number ended some other guy came in for him

re: Songs That Could Pass For 'Non-Show Tunes'
 Jul 29 2006, 08:35:58 PM
my friend who dosnt know squat about musicals turned on my I-Pod. i was listening to D.R.S.
The last half of the sing Great Big Stuff was on.
after the song was over, she asked me who the band Dirty Rotten Scoundrels were.

so maybe that could pass as a non-show tune but maybe not!

Man-Wow, I didn't know one of the Arquettes played George.
Woman- Thats not one of the Arquettes, thats Alan Cumming.
Man- No its the person who played George in the movie.
Woman- God dang it, it was f-ing Alan Cumming. I'll ask him when he comes out the stage door.

Kevin Cahoon who really plays George walks out...

Woman-Wow, Mr. Cumming that was great, can you sign this?

Dear Hairspray casting dept.,
What the *$@# where you thinking casting Haylie Duff.
I used to love this show, but now I have some major mixed feelings. Please bring back any of the old Ambers, Laura Bell Bundy, Becky Gulsvig, anyone please I'm begging. And dont even think about casting Hilary.
Signed,
A really p.o'ed fan.
