Wondering if anyone saw Debbie Gibson in these shows. I just found a Playbill and was suprised to see her playing Sally. How did I miss this??!! I would love to see her in Wicked!!

We had Dreamgirls last year...Now Hairspray...the new Julie Taymor Beatles musical is this fall...could this really be the start of regular movie musicals?

My friend also said Kelli talked about how the Clara role in Piazza really got to her mentally and emotionally during the show. I can imgagine!
My friend loves OCU. She said Les Miz is going to be great and the setsa re amazing.

My friend who is at the Oklahoma City University Summer Music Program high school musical theater camp sent me this link to pics taken when Kelli O'Hara dropped by today to do a master class. My friend said she was AMAZZZZING and looked beautiful. And she was so nice and friendly. She kissed a student whose birthday was today!!

...South Pacific! Kelli O'Hara will play Nellie in the Lincoln Center revivial. My friends who's one of the OCU Summer Music Program students said she was told by Kelli's OCU voice teacher Florence Birdwell.
Oh...and Kelli is giving a master class to the summer students tomorrow!
Darn. Wish I was there! :)

Men have it easier than women in MT cause there's not as many. I know the University of Michigan and Oklahoma City Univeristy summer music programs are still auditioning for men!! I guess if you're a man and can walk, you can get a job!!
