re: Les Miserables Revival revisited.

"Aaron has been out for some time now. I hope he gets well soon."

Aaron was at yesterday's matinee, and I think he said he was in Tuesday's show.

I saw it. That usher had yelled at us earlier so I think everyone was slightly happy to see her so annoyed.
re: Jersey Boys.....They stopped the show and replaced JLY!!!!!
 Aug 5 2006, 10:16:22 PM
"I guess JLY must have been really sick to not even make it to intermision."

I was at the show today, and they stopped right after they pick the name the Four Seasons. They have a stretch of songs after that, and I guess he knew he couldn't make it to intermission.

re: Sweeney Todd yesterday...cell phones and Patti LuPone

Anakela, I'm VERY paranoid about my phone. I always check it half a dozen times before the show starts just to make sure it actually turned off. At the intermission for Sweeney yesterday, I think I checked my phone at least 10 times.

I was glad Patti said something. I couldn't believe how rude the audience member was to just ignore their phone and let it ring 4-5 times.
re: Recent Broadway Lottery Experiences?

DRS had about 35-40 people when I went last Wednesday. It was a matinee though so I don't know how crowded it is at night.

The best time to go to the lotto is the Wednesday matinee. I went this week, and there were less than 40 people there.

Did Sara not show up? I saw the show yesterday, and she wasn't there so I figured she was probably sick.

One of my Carols for a Cure cds is missing a song.
re: Cities in Broadway Musicals Representing Your City
 Jun 16 2005, 12:38:26 AM
My city hasn't been mentioned in a musical, but the county I live in (Bucks county) is mentioned several times in Bright Lights, Big City.

Thanks for the review. I live about 10 minutes from the Playhouse. I was considering seeing this, but I hadn't read any reviews yet.
re: Spamalot and DRS
 Mar 29 2005, 10:26:53 PM
I went to the BO for Spamalot around 11:30 for a Wednesday matinee, and I was able to get three cancellation tickets. DRS has a lotto, and is a little easier to get tickets to. Generally, about 30-40 people show up for each drawing, but it depends when you go. I went on a rainy Wednesday, and there were only 10 other people there.

Wow! Emcee, you are so lucky! Could you send me the picture of Patrick?
re: JLT out tonight, anyone see her standby?
 Oct 9 2004, 10:00:46 PM
I was wondering how her standby did also. I have a friend who was going to see Wicked yesterday, but she got food poisoning.
re: Wicked Question- yeah yeah I'm sorry
 Oct 9 2004, 09:32:30 PM
I have these pictures, but they are really blurry.

I'm going! I can't wait! I've never seen Adam or Daphne in anything before.
