Betty Buckley is out again?
Visited New York in 1996 specifically to see Buckley in Sunset Blvd. I think her renditions of the songs are the best. Unfortunately the night I had my ticket she was out.i never did get to see her.

Saw it on Broadway but not with OBC. Hated it. Saw it several years ago at Tulane Summer Lyrc theater in New Orleans & loved it!

I have listened to all the leading ladies who have played Norma in London & on Broadway. IMO Betty Buckley has more emotion & soul than anybody else. I am so sorry she was out the night I went to see her on Broadway although I did get to hear her sing several of the songs at a concert in New Orleans.

Sweeney Todd Definitive Recording?
I saw the OBC of Sweeney Todd when I was a student. I can't say how much I loved that show & cast. Angela & Len were magnificent in the roles. None of the recordings I have heard since come close IMO.
