It's A Business Lyrics

Jun 15, 2007 — 12:26:55 PM

I've looked everywhere on the net and can't find a full set of lyrics for this number from Curtains. Anybody out there willing to post them as there are a few parts I can't seem to figure out. Thanks guys.

Yes. And I really wanted to listen to Celia's Chatterbox! Hope they sort it out soon.

re: Will the original MARY POPPINS cast bet there in Aug?

Apr 15, 2005 — 8:06:58 AM

Most of the original principals will be leaving the cast on October 29th when their contracts are up. This includes Laura Michelle Kelly and Gavin Lee who will probably open the show on Broadway in 2006.

I guess I'll have to take standing room then seeing as it's so sold out. Do you know where the SRO is situated in the Shubert, I've never been there before.

re: Other Tony Performances

May 12, 2004 — 4:03:39 PM

They announce what show will be performing and what number will be done at the end of May! I hope Tonya Pinkins performs 'Lots wife' from Caroline or Change and that Donna Murphy does 'Conga!'from Wonderful Town! It'll be a great telecast this year!!

re: re: re: Fiddler Official Website?

Apr 9, 2004 — 11:26:18 AM

What a rubbish website!! Compared to most other Braodway websites it's so dull. It has hardly any information on the show and still lists Barbara Barrie as Yente! I hope that this is just a provisional website and that they design a much better one than this! Get 'Late August'to design it, there websites for 42nd Street,Wonderful Town and Wicked are brilliant!

re: re: re: re: JUMPERS, anyone

Apr 8, 2004 — 5:58:21 PM

I loved it when i saw it in London! But i am a HUGE Essie Davis (Dorothy) fan. It's not one of Stoppard's best plays and can get a bit boring , especially in George's long monologues. But the performances, set design and direction more than make up for it. It'll be interseting to see what reaction it gets when it opens in New York.

I saw it in London a few weeks ago and believe me its definately worth 100 bucks!!The lead performances are outstanding and the set and direction are wonderful. I wouldn't be surprised if it won a few tony's come june!

re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: Disney on Broadway -- specifically Aladdin.

Jul 13, 2003 — 11:26:32 AM

I just got back from disneyland Paris and saw the amazing Tarzan show there. WOW!!! The whole show was without any dialogue just those Phil Collins tunes to which Tarzan, Jane and the monkeys flew about (using only ropes) on stage. It was a real crowd pleaser but i dont think that it would be great on Broadway. It was more of a theme park atraction than a full blown musical. It could do well at Madison Square Gardens for a limited period though.
