I went tonight and got tickets! It's not crowded at all compared to the last time the tour was here. There were maybe a little over 30 people trying for tickets.

The first time I saw and heard RENT, it put me in a feeling of awe, and I literally felt different from witnessing it. After seeing and listening to Spring Awakening, I felt almost the exact same feeling of awe and I was blown away by both musicals equally. The stories are very different, but they're both such honest stories with similar impacts on their audience.

I think the elements of RENT are far greater than SA, and I don't think anything could top RENT, but I found SA more enjoyable, and I think a lot of it has to do with my age and how I relate more to the story in SA than RENT. I think it's deemed as the next RENT because of the content and issues that are usually not talked about, RENT shocked audiences with its content ten years ago, and now there's a musical that is again pushing the limits and being even more open than RENT.
