you all need to get a grip on your lives. This is pathetic. Just saying. I happen to be a huge fan of Lea, and also Cory. They were both major inspirations to me, so trust me when I say this. Why do you want autographs?

I can't speak for anyone else here, but I ask for autographs after shows for multiple reasons.first, I enjoy the shows and I like having autographs as a keepsake after seeing it. Also, some of them mean a lot to me when they are from my favorite performers. Also, most recently, when one of my favorite performers was signing my playbill, it gave me time to start a conversation with them, and we talked for like 10 minutes. That's just my opinion :)

Spring Awakening???

Hi! So for my 16th birthday, I convinced my parents to buy my twin, my older sister(who is 21), and myself tickets to see Rachel Potter in spring awakening in Florida. Neither of my sisters (nor parents) know anything about the show. What should I tell them? I don't know too much about it, besides for the fact that it is obviously made for mature audiences. I've read reviews saying you should be like 18, but others say like 13. If I'm mature for my age, is it appropriate to see??? Thanks!

mine was so magical :) I went for the 4th of July last summer and spent 4 days there.. I got to see everything all over the city, shop on 5th ave all day, I went to see my first broadway show (wicked), and got to meet Keira Knightly and Adam Levine :) I fell in love so much that I went back in November and I'm hopefully spending a month and a half there next summer!! I can't even explain in words how much I loved it there

Hey guys! I'm aware this isn't much of a discussion or anything, but I wanted to thank you guys for commenting on my last message board about whether or not I should have given my gift to Alison Luff at the Wicked stage door! I just got back from the show today, and oh my god was that show amazing. Anyways, when I met her after the show, she was so so sweet. I handed her the bag, and she got soo excited! She was like "What ever did I deserve to receive something like this?!" Anyways, she told me

I can't answer for everyone in my "nauseating" generation, but what you guys are saying does not match. Sure, the way our generations act are different. But the only reason I stage door and want to even give this gift in the first placers only to show Alison and the rest of the wicked cast how much they have helped me. I won't go into detail, but it's a lot. I'm not doing it to just be involved in the show.and the whole reason I would ask for a picture would be so I can remember the amazing time

I haven't been able to see either Pippin or Cinderella, but it seems like the majority of people believe the Lead Actress in a musical tony will go to either Laura or Patina. Who do you think will win?

Hi! So I am auditioning for Shrek the Musical tomorrow at a local community theater. I had very short notice to learn a song(less than a week) and prepare for the audition. I ended up choosing one that I happened to be working on in my vocal lessons for my next recital. The song is "For Good" from Wicked. I understand this show is overdone, but I had very limited choices. I was wondering if you guys could listen to this recording and give me a few pointers or anything, or just let me know if its good! It would really help!

Oh god. I'm like tiny. I'm only 4'11 and 85 pounds. If I don't have time to get a dress like this(none of my current dresses would be appropriate to dance in), what would you suggest wearing??

Hi! So I'm going to my first "real" audition (all of my auditions at school are pointless.. everyone gets into the show) on monday, and I'm super nervous! What exactly do I wear? I have to sing 16 bars from a musical theatre song, read from the script, and then I have a dance audition. The only shoes I have for theatre is a pair of tan character shoes. Would those work? And what kind of clothes would be suitable? Thank you!!

Hey! So I just found out that a local theatre is having auditions for "Shrek the Musical" on MONDAY. And I'm going to audition! I need 16 bars of a musical theatre song from broadway.. I won't meet with my voice teacher until after the auditon!! I can sing any alto/mezzo soprano song.. But I don't have many days to learn it.. Are there any songs that I can easily learn and get the music for?? I have some wicked, thoroughly modern Millie, and les mis sheet music. I can get any of the music from t
