I got two tickets SRO for last nights performance. They went on sale directly after the lottery winners purchased their tickets. I believe that there were 21 standing spaces, but I could be wrong.
Was told at the box office yesterday, that producers decided against standing room for the entire preview period - and that student rush would be available, but they didn't have a set start date yet. (most likely a week or so into the preview run, he said)
Sat in the last row of the mezzanine last night - I would personally recommend the balcony over the rear mezz. A lot that happened upstage of center was missed, as the entire top half of the set/stage was cut off from our view. Fantastic night of theatre, though. Throughly enjoyed it!
Got 2 tickets around 5:30PM with no issue. Row E far left, partial view. I did miss some of what happen up stage right and was able to move to the center after the first act.
I saw this posted on another site and attempted to use this code, with no luck. Did anyone use this offer for $10 tickets to the first four previews of The Mystery of Edwin Drood? $10 First Previews Credit card only. A limited number of $10 tickets are available to the first four previews. Go to roundabouttheatre.org to buy tickets and enter ACCESS10 into the promo code. Seats are located in the rear mezzanine.
