Another great review!
For those of us who can only see a limited number of shows, they're really helpful.
Thanks for your many enthusiastic, detailed reviews.
I hope you're back next season to help me choose for my next trip to NYC.

re: Sunday Contest - What Happened?
Are these contests legit?
There aren't postings of winners anywhere.
I'm gonna just ignore them from now on...
No expectations = no disappointments

re: Whatever happened to the 'BWW LOVES NYC' / ITH contest?
Has anyone actually won any of these contests? if so, how were you notified?
Still waiting on the Midler contest........

re: cry baby......tony noms bought by producers clearly
I saw A Catered Affair, Cry Baby and In The Heights last week. Enjoyed CB, was underwhelmed by ACA, and loved ITH.
Affair was really a play with music and it was too short. I came out wishing there was more to it.
I had low expectations for Cry Baby, but it was funny and the dancing was great. It would have been much better with dynamic leads. Not great theatre, but a fun evening. It wouldn't get a nomination in a stronger season.
But, In the Heights was WAAAAY bette

re: Bette Midler Contest
Maybe it was just an ad to sell tix disguised as a contest.
If so, we are not amused

re: Bette Midler Contest
If there is no official posting that there's a winner, how do we know that these contests are legit?
Bette Midler Contest
I've been away and wondered if anyone knew if there's a winner of the tix to her Vegas show. The contest ended May 4th.
re: Best Sunday Seating
On Wednesday, I sat in the first row Mid mezz (EE 210-213) center. Good visibility and you can extend your legs under the railing. Two of our group were over 6'2" and were actually comfortable!
re: TCM To Air West End 'Gone With The Wind' Rehearsals
Is there an air date yet?
re: Studio 54 Rear Mezzanine
I agree with Blaxx...wouldn't row EE have more leg room? I hope so, because I already bought the tix and I already have the two tall guys

I'm trying to find out if that first row (EE) has more leg room than the ones behind it. I have 2 tall(6'3")guys and only one aisle seat. Thanks
re: Studio 54 Rear Mezzanine
Has anyone sat in row EE (First row of Mid mezz after aisle)?
I'm going with 2 guys over 6 ft and only have 1 aisle seat. I was hoping there was a little more leg room in the first row. These were the best seats available.

Cry-baby Discount for May?
I'm just a theater fan and I've enjoyed reading this board for a couple of years. I've finally joined to ask a question:
I'm coming to NYC the first week in May. Seeing SITPWG, A Catered Affair and In the Heights so far. I'd like to see Cry-baby. All preview tix are $54, and tix are full price after opening in April. Does anyone know if any discount codes are forthcoming? I could see Boeing, Boeing instead for $54 instead. Any suggestions?
Thanks for all the great reviews!
