Cynthia Nixon gets completely naked?!?! Sounds like either a laugh fest or a tear jerker evening to me.
But in all seriousness, I love this play and consider Nixon one of the greatest actresses of my time. I hope to see it before it closes.

Her acting in The Threepenny Opera in '06 was stunning. I'm sure she could pull this off. If not her, I'm always up for good ol' Maria Friedman. Cast her as Dot in Sunday, cast her as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney, just CAST her.

THANK GOD. I'm gonna be in LA for this! I can't wait to see what, if any, changes they make from the NY production. And I love Victoria Clark, so that will be fantastic. Wonderful if she'll be as....interesting as Bernadette has been.

And go see Terra ASAP. She's brilliant.
As for Ruthie, she's my absolute favorite Roxie. She brings a sort of energy to a stage that can't be described. Seeing her was an experience I'll never forget.
Terri is ok. Her voice was better when she started but now it's diminished a slight bit.
Colman Domingo is very funny as Billy. I thoroughly enjoy him.
Tom Riis Farrell was ok as Amos. Not my favorite but it was nice to see someone e

I think it's from all the time she spends on TV and in movies nowadays. They say the camera adds 5 pounds, so Kristin lost 30. Just a guess.
