West Side Story 54 below show

I just noticed the West Side Story 60th Anniversary Celebration show at 54 below on Sept 26, 2017."This very special 60th anniversary program will feature appearances by both young talent and theatre veterans singing some of the most beloved Leonard Bernstein-Stephen Sondheim songs from the score"Any guesses on who might appear?

Finding Neverland on Tour

I just caught the show on Tour in Fort Lauderdale. I never caught it in any of its previous incarnations (I did see the movie). There were some good visual moments, and I found the lead excellent (Billy Harrigan Tighe) but I found it tedious and the music very bland. I thought it got better toward the end. I started to watch the Jeremy Jordan version on YouTube and it seemed like it was a lot better. Was the ART version significantly better?

Cats Cancelled Performance

Are you sure they were working on the pipes during the performance? Sometime pipes will make a clanging sound if if there are issues, so the sound may have just been a side effect of the problem.

First time in NYC and need help picking hotels and where to go besides seeing shows.

I would highly recommend the Tenement Museum on the Lower East Side. It is not an art museum, but they provide guided tours of apartments that recreate immigrant life in the 19th and 20th centuries. It's truly fascinating. While you're on the Lower East side, there are some great food options such as Russ and Daughters or Katz's delicatessen, so it would make a nice morning itinerary.I also recommend the Highline, as another poster has mentioned.
