Re: MIDNIGHT (Off-Broadway)
Seeing some backlash about this on Twitter. Is it really about a slave “falling in love” with their master or master’s husband?

OT, but does anyone happen to know how long Jordan is slated to be with the show?
MIDNIGHT (Off-Broadway)
Is this a period piece or not? A sports jersey as merch seems strange if it is. the clips on social media of the cast singing some of the songs do seem really good, I wouldn’t mind catching this but I won’t be able to. Hopefully they will have a cast recording.
Re: MIDNIGHT (Off-Broadway)
I think I saw a post Wednesday or Thursday saying they were finally moving into the theater the next day, which I thought was strange for a show that was supposed to begin performances on Saturday. Is that really enough time for blocking, tech, and dress rehearsals?

It should also be noted that in the musical, Glinda has actual power, or at least potential influence over those who do. Gross. I was finding it strange that Sydney totally skipped the closing party with the rest of the cast, this is making more sense.

CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL Reviews
Wow, wow, WOW! That was INCREDIBLE. I need to see this again and again but wow I am on such a high right now. I have tickets to see Death Becomes Her on Thursday and thinking I should ditch them and return to the ball. Strangely this made me feel like I NEED to see Ragtime, because I want to understand what could have been better than this.

Agree with the camera work on the cats performance. It was almost like they hadn’t rehearsed it. Still excited to be at the show on Tuesday.

Titanique seems fun but I am not a fan of Marla Mindelle’s voice. I wonder if they do close if there is a chance for them to transfer back off-Broadway.
