Can we start a thread here of tickets you have received refunds for? I have about 6 shows that I bought tix for in the closure and have not received anything for any of them yet. Know there's a lot going on and it could very well take a while- which is fine- but would love to hear updates from others.
Hope everyone is safe, healthy and staying strong!
My bank account was credited on Friday for Love Life, but I called to request a refund just before they officially announced the closure. My accounts on Telecharge and Ticketmaster show that all of my tickets have been cancelled, but the refunds haven't posted to my bank account yet.
I had tickets for 8 shows between March 17-23. Telecharge refunds for 7 of them and all cleared yesterday or today. Roundabout for one and they emailed to confirm refund last week, but it has not cleared yet,. They said 10 days.
I got a refund for a ticket bought through Telecharge and for two tickets bought through box offices. All have been posted. Haven't gotten anything from Roundabout yet, although I emailed them that I want to rebook my Access10 ticket for the nearest available date (first four previews). No credit from TodayTix yet.
My tickets for The Minutes and Flying Over Sunset have been refunded automatically by Telecharge. They did say that refunds could take up to 4-6 weeks when I received the first email messages last week telling me about the automatic refunds. Telecharge still has to credit my Lincoln Center Theater member account for Flying Over Sunset, but they did say that could take at least a week.
I received an email from telecharge on Friday saying my performance of COMPANY was cancelled and today the credit showed up on my credit card. Much faster than I expected
I got emails from all the vendors for the eight tickets I had purchased for my trip next week. I have already received refunds for three of the five tix I bought thru Telecharge. Ticketmaster and Audience rewards are pending for one ticket each. I donated the cost of the last ticket to Roundabout to support them in these tough times.
Got confirmations from The Public (The Visitor), Vineyard (Dana H), The Flea (The Fre), and St. Ann's (The Jungle) about refunds, but none have shown up yet... each said it would take several business days, so no worries.
I have received credits on my account from Telecharge for Virginia Woolf, Company and Flying Over Sunset. I canceled by phone last Tuesday. The credits appeared on the 16th. Also, The Minutes from TDF by email. The credit appeared the same day.
I purchased a ticket in cash for COMPANY this week. I'm out in NJ and wasn't able to get to box office before they closed. Does anyone know if they will honor that ticket for a future performance, or issue a cash refund when the box office re-opens?
TDF refunded my tickets, but minus 4.00 on each. They should not be doing that. Telecharge and ticketmaster I believe are giving full refunds.I did not cancel my tickets, Broadway is closed.I am going to email them as I want my full refund. Is TDF doing the same to everyone?
For those of you that have had a show "postponed" of a touring production and you bought your city's subscription, did they refund the ticket INCLUDING the fees or just the ticket price? My Broadway series uses their own ticketing service and sent out an email offering options. You could hold on to the ticket, get a gift card credit for another production, refund or donate the ticket. When I bought my subscription the breakdown was over $70 in fees for 5 shows. At this point we don't know what will happen with our last show in late April, Anastasia. I know it is not their fault for "postponing" (cancelling) these shows. But as quick as they were to charge that large amount in fees, they should be just as quick to refund the prorated amount. (Which is about $14 a show)

Any info would be appreciated."
Hold on to that ticket, I strongly believe they will allow cash refunds in the future once things start coming back to normal given all the information that's been put out.

Yes $4 off all refunds. I understand your annoyance but consider it a small donation to TDF who does amazing work for accessibility to the arts. If Telecharge or Ticketmaster dared to do such a thing then I think kicking up a fuss is 100% called for.

Can I ask how you requested this? I bought a Company ticket in-person at the box office with my credit card and wasn’t sure how to go about requesting a refund for that. Thx!
I also haven’t yet heard from St. Ann’s about The Jungle. For anyone who has heard, was it a personalized email or was it an email blast to all ticket holders?
I received Cambodian Rock Band last week but I had called them and requested before the closures were announced. They refunded without question.
I also received Hangmen points via Audience Rewards last week but the cash has yet to hit my PayPal account. It's scheduled to hit tomorrow.
This morning I received my Telecharge refund for Diana.
Yesterday I was contacted by Carnegie Hall that all performances have been cancelled through May 10 which includes the New York Pops concert honoring the Lopezes. So I'm waiting for that automatic refund.
Also, the BAM website now says that Lungs has been postponed and that we should contact info@bam.org for refund or exchange information. You can also donate the cost of your ticket back to BAM. I have not received any communication from them about this.
