Super Conservitive Theatre Patrons
 Mar 15 2018, 02:38:07 AM
I have seen parents take their kids to inappropriate shows and leaving at intermission twice.
Once I saw a local production of spring awakening and this family was sitting front rown, since I was sitting on stage I could see the mother tell the kids to cover their eyes during “my junk” and “I believe”.
Then I saw a a local production of Heathers and there were two kids in front row who didn’t return after the intermission.

Rock of ages tenth anniversary tour
 Jan 31 2018, 05:04:45 AM
While looking at the 2018/2019 touring season thread I saw that a Rock of ages tour was going to play west palm beach so I made a little research and found on the Kravis on broadway series site that it was named the “Tenth anniversary tour”, a search on google only brought a uk tour but no info on the us tour. Does anybody know something about it? Is it equity?

Bare?
 Nov 11 2017, 01:28:55 AM
The revival songs were recorded and released in the album “Bare naked” by the composer Lynne Shankel, I think many of the revival cast members are in the recording while others were replaced, you can also buy some sheet music from her but I don’t know the site
Is this song from a show?

Broadway in Mexico City

Right now, Lion King, Billy Elliot, Man of la Mancha, La Cage Aux Folles, Spelling Bee, Daddy Long Legs and Urinetown are playing. Though I believe only Lion King and Billy Elliot will still be playing around December/January.

There's also an upcoming production of Little Shop of Horrors, but I don't know if it is an open run or limited.

There are two original Mexican musicals: Mentiras which is a jukebox with popular Mexican music from the 80s and 90s, and Josefa which is about historic figure Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez, an insurgent of the Mexican War of Independence.

If you want more information, send me a PM and I'll be happy to help you.

I just checked lion king tickets and are on sale only through October, I read that the show is closing to make way for a Les miz revival next year but I don't know if it will close in october or later.

I like Hoy no me puedo levantar which is also a jukebox musical with a Rent like story set in madrid but I don't know if it's an open ended production.

Urinetown is only playing trough august

Need Help Finding Rock Musical Song
 Feb 24 2017, 10:28:12 PM

The version in the vocal selections is the fischer king remix, but an appropriate song from spring awakening could be Don't do sadness, all that's known or left behind, they don't have any explicit lyrics

I think touring productions are now starting to use them as of January, book of mormon here in Houston also has the new playbill design and I saw that the phantom tour in chicago was using the old design in December but changed to the new design, also Hamilton did
