It's that time again - the Spring Road Conference is next week! Now is the time we will start seeing the next round of tours being announced. Last season, we went 11/12. I'll slowly start updating this list with links (per usual), but for now, please feel free to add anything I may have missed or forgotten!
So far we have:
CONFIRMED
Miss Saigon (Fall 2018 from Providence)
Dear Evan Hansen (Sept. 2018 from Denver)
Come From Away (Oct. 2018 from Seattle)
Cats (Launching Jan 2019 from Providence)
Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (launching from San Francisco TBD)
ANNOUNCED
Fiddler on the Roof
Clue
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Anastasia
RUMOURED
Any others?
I would imagine that Phantom, Dirty Dancing, and Wicked will all continue touring in the 2018-2019 season.

With Miss Saigon announced to launch in Providence and Dear Evan Hansen in Denver (both in Fall 2018 ), couldn't those two be moved into the 'Confirmed' column?

Expect around the time of the Tony Awards for COME FROM AWAY to announce it'll be touring. Likely starting in August/Sept. 2018.

Good point. This is the first year I have structured it this way, so I will make that change now.
You can now add Come From Away in the confirmed list. https://www.broadwayworld.com/article/The-Rock-Will-Hit-the-Road-COME-FROM-AWAY-Set-to-Launch-National-Tour-from-Seattle-in-2018-20170519

Did I miss the Miss Saigon announcement? Cause heavens know I don't remember it :P
^ I wonder if it will just be a transfer of the Toronto run.

They announced the tour the same time they announced the Broadway revival, I believe

The Toronto production is an open ended run. So there will be three productions running by Oct. 2018: Broadway, Toronto & tour. I'd imagine a West End production by Spring 2019.

Looks like Kinky Boots is going non-equity: http://www.playbill.com/job/kinky-boots-non-union-national-tour-open-call-for-singers/0000015c-12df-dc58-adfd-57ff99480000
Have there been any other announcements or rumors coming through?

Any more information about the Clue tour? I haven't seen any announcements
I guess the KINKY BOOTS equity tour isn't selling that well. This year's tour was bumped down a tier(SETA) and is scheduled to close on June 18.
It's been announced that Cats will be launching a national tour in January 2019...

Dirty Dancing is still a full union tour, and that includes AEA

Really? Could have sworn they went non-union. Huh. Thanks!
Any rumors Hello, Dolly! will launch a tour???
Wasn't Les Misérables supposed to have a tour starting later this year/beginning of next year?

producers for Roman Holiday said they will do a limited run for up to six months in nyc sept 2017-feb 2018 and go on national tour after, and are apparently selling the show and tour next week at the conference
If a show is opening in NYC in September, they'd better be announcing it, like, yesterday.

? A West End revival already happened and ended. The three leads are from the original revival cast.
