That's my favorite part. It's hypnotic.

*lol* it is. And there are many more that stayed unrecorded.
Think of Merlin (E.Bernstein/D.Black), Love Life (Weill/Lerner), Welcome to the Club (C.Coleman/A.E.Hotchner), A Broadway Musical (C.Strouse/L.Adams). And yet many more..

You'll be pleased to know that the OBC of THE CAPEMAN is on iTunes and it's fantastic.
There's no Love Life cast album? Didn't that start the idea of a concept musical, along with Allegro. That's a shame. I don't know what the score's like, but anything that started something brilliant should get an album.

...wait--was that supposed to be readable?
because I have no idea what that said. Seriously, I tried reading through it and it didn't make any sense.
I think we missed something, Parks. I'm lost too.
Whoa . . . I'm with Parks and Wickedgeek28 on this one! I'm surprised anyone found that readable!
I'll get right on that for you, bryan.
In the meantime, I was hoping I could introduce you to a few of my closest friends:
And...once you are comfortable with the enter and shift key and are really ready to graduate to the big boy stuff:
Hope that helps!
At least the plea for Ring of Fire, Lennon & Good Vibrations was brought up .
Like death & taxes these 3 shows will always be in the posts so i have come to accept it. Sadly many show LP's will never have a cd transfer

And then there is "Lestat". Recorded but not released. Sir Elton called it the best work he has ever done. I think he is nuts but if he really believes that to be true, why isn't he putting up some of his money to release it?

Given that so many obscure forgotten shows have been released on CD (FIRST IMPRESSIONS, BY THE BEAUTIFUL SEA, WHOOP UP) it can't be long before many of these do come out on CD, either through the originating labels or after they go public domain by smaller companies like Prism and Sepia.
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

"Saturday Night Fever"- Broadway Cast. Every other cast seems to have been recorded: London, Denmark, Germany. No USA cast recording.
"La Cage" Revival
I would love a "Carrie" OBC for the Buckley songs.

1. Milk and Honey
2. The Grand Tour
I have these, but only because I bought the Lp and asked my community theater director burn them to CD.
Both Milk & Honey & Grand Tour are on CD ( I have them ) but they are probably long out of print

Yah, I forgot about that, but milk and honey is like 88$ on amazon, although I saw a cheap Grand tour on amazon after i got my Lp's
God knows what my collection of CD's must be worth if they are charging prices like that
