I care Nuggets.

How many times does the same topic have to be rethreaded?

I expect it of somone under 20, but you, you're over fort--er well, you should know better.

At least take an interesting twist--Sondheim's most romantic lyric, or most pessimistic lyric, or most mysoginistic lyric, or most homoertocic lyric...Damn, make it interesting guy! Not just "Your wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS." Make 'em think, man.

Cheers!

OOOOH, how about his most homoerotic lyrics??

Blue Wizard, you show a clever inquisitive mind. At least you'll make this subject matter no the ordinary Sondheim lyric list.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Nuggets, say Thank you. re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...

"I expect it of somone under 20"

You'd be surprised at how mature, intelligent and insightful 'som[e]one under 20' can be. Kinda sterotyping there, aren't we? Just b/c I am under twenty doesn't mean my opinions don't mean something.

But I forgive you whole-heartedly. You are a Sondheim fan, afterall. re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...

Thank you, Priest. That was a thoughtless comment on my part. Not meant to offend the under 20s. Well, not all. LOL.

You are certainly an exception. Bright, intelligent and wise beyond your years.

Agreed StickToPriest, age does not justify opinion or insight.

That being said, here's my Sondheim contribution.

And think of how I adore you,
Think of how much you love me.
If I were perfect for you,
Wouldn't you tire of me.

And Jose, I'm pretty sure there was a thread of sexual Sondheim lyrics one time.

Damn, that was funny.

An incredibly sexual song.

Sweeney Todd for sure...well at least the first time I heard it.

Call it immature, but it was sexual the first time.

"stuffing pu*sy into pie" something along those lines

I've always found:

"'Till I'm with you then
I'm with you there,
Buried sweetly in your yellow hair"

...to mean something crude, but I may just have my mind in the wrong place.

You would be surprised how many people have PM'ed me, saying how they were shocked to discover that I was 13 years old. Intellect and spelling skills sure can do wonders...

I'll stay on topic with a (very) pessimistic Sondheim quote:

"There's a hole in the world like a great black pit, and it's filled with people who are filled with ****, and the vermin of the world inhabit it-and it goes by the name of London."

Sorry for the ...confusion(?), Jose, but I am most definetly not over forty. And whoa...sorry for starting a cat fight between us by opening this thread?

and nuggets, I must have misunderstood you too, saying once you were forty something.

oh, and there's no cat fight. just egging you on to raise the bar a bit with the thread, that's all. re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...

"gee Gov, why do I recall you saying in a thread/chat that you were over 20."

Really? That's strange. Well, if you need proof, check my profile or fan photos.
Or don't; that's okay too. re: Your Wow-zah Sondheim lyric PICKS...

Just when I'd stopped
Opening doors,
Finally knowing
The one that I wanted was yours,
Making my entrance again
With my usual flair,
Sure of my lines,
No one is there.

Ahhhhh.....I just saw it again today.....

Into the Woods-
She has skin white as snow
did you learn her name
no, there's a dwarf standing guard

later...

If it were not for the thicket
A thickets no trick, is it thick
it's the thickest
(something somthing)
yes but even one prick
it's my thing about blood
well it's sick
it's no sicker than your thing with dwarves
dwarves, dwarves
dwarves are very upseting
not forgetting the task unachiveable
montains unscaleable
if it's concevable but unavailable!

Company-
Bobby is my hobby and i'm givin it up!(i just love that!)
