His father's company (Vornado) also owns the building that Open Jar Studios is in. Are we going to ask Open Jar Studios to move? Open Jar's financial backers include the Shuberts and Barry Weissler. The Weisslers have an apt in a Trump building.

If you found out who owns most of the buildings in Manhattan, you'd find more Trump/Republican donors than you'd ever want to see in your entire life.

If you're going to avoid things, organizations, businesses, buildings, etc., owned by people who donate to Trump/Republican things, you'll never be able to go to Hudson Yards, or Soul Cycle, or Equinox, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden, and a million other places.

I also think that there is an important fact you need to keep in mind. And, it pains me to say this because I'd like to not think it to be true but I am sure it is. There are producers who can produce a good upbeat show with a positive message, who, themselves are Republicans. The reason is that, although they may not agree with a show's message, they have a keen eye and know that it would sell. I think that something like that is part of the ongoing race issues faced in theatre today

No one is discussing the money from shows other than you, this is why I found your comment to be BS. Its about the theatre owners, not audiences and who comes and goes to a show. Legit has nothing to do with this. You said no one is clamoring for Eden Espinosa to be in a show since she hasn't been on Broadway since 2008, that comment had nothing to do with the audiences and all to do with the producers, since her comment was stating she has no interest in performing in a Nederlander owned theatre. You're lost on this one.

Audiences were never going to buy tickets for either of these performers anyways, since they are not A-listers or very well known outside of this community. You seem defensive and again, the cards are showing whether you understand it or not, which is a different issue in itself.
