I would only want a Little Shop remake just for the unhappy ending, plus I'd like to see how technology would make Audrey II look. And I totally support Zach Braff as Seymour, with Kristin Bell as Audrey!
110 in the Shade (with Audra)
Curtains (a Clue-like romp)
Follies
Into the Woods
Ragtime
Anything Goes
The Times They Are A-Changin
and although not a Musical - Journey's End I think would translate beautifully to the big screen.

After seeing the posts about Parade, I can actually envision the movie in my head. And it's glorious.
I'd like to see:
Ragtime
Parade
Will likely see:
Into the Woods
Les Miserables
Aida
Will Definitely See:
Wicked

I would definately love to see Wicked on screen. The concept alone would be enough to sell it.

I'd really like to see Aida come to the big screen, as well as a Little Shop remake (with the original ending...).
Wicked would be cool, and Spring Awakening might be interesting. On the same page, I think Bare: A Pop Opera would make a great movie if done correctly.
I might be in the minority here, but I'd love a Rocky Horror remake, even just to get people excited about it again.
Oh, and maybe a re-do of A Chorus Line that doesn't suck?
Unfortunately I don't think Avenue Q could translate well. I'd rather it just be recorded.
New Film projects I'd like to see:
Miss Saigon
Into the Woods - I can see this done in the style of Big Fish (also Burton).
Cabaret - Sam Mendez would have to direct with Alan Cumming
Wicked
Aida - Can you see a Disney TV movie like Annie and Cinderella?
Sunset Blvd - Let me have this one dream.
Remake of movie musicals:
Phantom of the Opera - This should have been much better the 1st time through.
A Little Night Music - Brilliant on stage, but a snoozer on film.
A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum - The film was awful, it demands a 2nd chance. They should use the sets from HBO's Rome.
