If enough tickets have been sold for next week they will stay until the 16th
It was only 44% last week, it wont be any better for next week!
Telecharge is still selling tickets until the 16th if that means anything
Could we get ANY official word? I would really like to go to sleep before midnight.

They probably just havent been notified yet--- there really hasnt been an "official" announcement made , but my bet is that it WILL close on 11/9.
Telecharge didnt know about the "Xanadu" "drama" either.
Yes, it is closing November 9th. Sorry, NGD. Do not wait up for confirmation, you'll get it soon enough.

the sooner the better.
don't make Broadway audiences suffer for any longer.

don't mind him, johnny.
he's like 8 yrs. old but considers himself an "insider" cause he's friends with those little teeny boppers in that wreck called 13.
I just got back from the show. James Barbour spoke afterwards and said that they were closing next week, but possible this week. So, I don't think they quite know yet. But I bet they are assuming the worst.
it was another great performance. I'm so glad I decided to take this road trip with friends. so worth it.
8:36am and all's quiet

Not enough obviously!
I agree, it must be the biggest bore to hit Broadway in ages.
Anyone go to Chatterbox last night to see Natalie and Kevin?
God, TooDarnHot, we know it's you. You used to always harp on the fact I know those kids after I said it once.
And the reason I'm saying it is closing is because that it what Brandi Burkhardt said. Sorry if she lied. ... pretentious snobs (basically just TDH).
I guess I'm just waiting for the TeleCharge phone call now.
Hopefully the Sunday Salon will still be happening then.
Sunday Salon

Your opinion.... and that is fine.
While everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, I think it's a shame that people have to remind those who were fans of the show of how horrible they thought the show was. Especially in the closing thread for the show.
I'm really hoping a recording will still be released. It could, considering The Pirate Queen had a shorter run than Tale and they still released a recording.

The Pirate Queen ran 85 performances.
A Tale of Two Cities is scheduled to run for 68 performances.
Do you still think PQ had a shorter run than TOTC? Believe me though, I want a recording of this so badly!
