Usually these seats are reserved for lotto, and I'm not sure how to secure them. Phantom is my favorite show, and I feel the need to see it front row, as well as from the phantom's right box.
Should I go in person to the box office? I'm looking for the best deal possible, and I have various discount codes.
I was looking on Telecharge a couple weeks ago and pulled up Front row center seats for Phantom at regular price (Which should work with a discount code as well) It's a lot easier if you are close, to go to the box office to request certain seats they can tell you what day they have those seats rather than on TC looking by date you want to go.
As for the boxes they are usually only sold at the box office. Usually for $66.50 or $121.50 (IDK how Phantom does it) Also I'd say sit Front mezz for this show
You can't secure front row from a lotto or rush with this show. Phantom only has a SRO policy, not rush or lotto. Sorry, you can only get front row seats with pure luck.
I've noticed over the past years, Phantom discount codes have restricted a lot of the center orchestra seats in certain rows, but it might've changed since then. Sometimes, a center orchestra seat might show up with a discount code, even if they aren't supposed to be valid with the discount.
For example, I used a discount code for Hair that was for mid/rear side orchestra seats, and I was able to pull up center orchestra rows J and B on separate occasions. The same happened to me with Mamma Mia - I got a front row center seat, even though the discount code was only valid on side orchestra seats.
For certain shows, you can buy box seats online, but I am not sure about the box seat policy for Phantom.

I have sat front and center in the orch for Phantom twice in the past year.
Both times were on Wednesday nights, and I used the schooltix.com code to do it. I think its a matter of checking again and again. They might not be available too far ahead of time, but they wont be available too close to the show either. Keep trying and you will most def be able to get front/center with the schooltix discount
Well, PHANTOM doesn't have lotto or rush, so if you want front row seats you'll be spending between $66.50-$121.50. Looking now, I found seat AA-1 available for Oct 27 at the full price. That one is front row on the left aisle. It's a great seat. I've sat there before. It doesn't come up with the discount, but what you can try to do is print out the BroadwayBox discount and take it to the box office. Ask them to see if they can find you a seat in the front row, and if they do, then show them the discount. It may work that way.
The boxes are very easy to get. I went to the box office at the majestic on a monday night at 6:30pm and got a box seat for the 8pm show that night. The front row is probably harder to get.
Does anyone have any (updated) info on the box seats for Phantom? Looking to know how to get them, how much they are, and how difficult they would be to get for a non-weekend performance. Thx!
Having sat in the front row several times at the Majestic, I can say that it's not hard if you reserve early enough. They're often not treated as "premium" seats by Telecharge, probably because they're lower than stage level. I think the front row center is the best place to sit for POTO.
As for the box seats, I doubt Box 5 is ever available....

Boxes are only available from box office, they are not usually hard to get unless it is busy season, last time I went was February this year and I was the only person in any of the boxes, they were $80 something dollars though, they use to be $50 something which was an excellent deal. not sure what price they are now. Seems to me that they by default start to sell the house right boxes first, personally house left are better because of certain set pieces, so when you go to box office, you should prob request the house left side (stage right)
I personally love them and use them all the time unless there is an orchestra sale going on

thanks for the info Justin D...I had hoped they would be cheaper than $80...just trying to find a way to get a decent seat under $50, but am also very interested in sitting in a box seat :)
yea, they were great when they were around $50, not sure you will get any nice seats at the price until maybe when the summer rush is over, usually you might get a rear mez for that price.
Also it depends on what day you go, sometimes the $25 back row seats go up to $75 on weekends

I got two front row center orchestra seats by walking up to the box office on a Wednesday morning for the matinee that day. Luck probably had a lot to do with it but if you live in Manhattan or are vacationing there for the week it is possible.
