Anyone else see this new Night Music ad? Elaine looks about 50 after this air-brushing!
Who are they kidding?
God I hope that's the costume she'll be wearing.
They should make tote bags out of that.
Make-up: I hate it. I need it.
Air-brushing: I hate it. I need it.
She hasn't been "glammed up" for centuries. Good for her.
I don't think Elaine Stritch ever looked that young.
Lol. Elaine Stritch: The new face of Sephora.
The mistress of the King of the Belgians indeed!
I saw that too at breakfast and shuddered. just the sight...
LOVE it
At first glance, I think it looks like an ad for PETER PAN.
There's not too many things I an honestly say I'd kill for. But Elaine Stritch as Peter Pan is one of them.

She looks like Mariska Hargitay to me.
Where did you find that ad? I was in the city last night and only saw the Last weeks to see Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury ones.

Myfavorite Stritch quote: "I was 20, I looked 40, I got the part!"
Perfect. Bernadette looks adorable!
Where did you find that ad?
It's in today's NY Times Arts and Leisure section.
She most have posed in that fur for a lot of pictures, because she sent me an autographed one of her in the same outfit (different pose, though).
Can't wait for these two ladies to start performances though!
Theatrical event of the decade.
Century?
I opened the paper this morning and laughed. It looks like they were badly photo shopped to almost look like paintings. I must admit, seeing an ad in the Times kind of made it sink into my mind that it’s actually happening, and I got really excited.
PJ, despite the fact that I think The Scottsboro Boys was the theatrical event of the year and will contiune to be on Broadway, one can't deny that this is extraordinary too.
