Hi, I've always wanted to write a letter to JRB but does anyone have the info where to send it? PM me please.

Why don't you just email him? He has a website.
I follow him on Twitter and I was just cast as Jamie in The Last Five Years. I tweeted "I'm so excited! I'll be playing Jamie in @MrJasonRBrown's The Last 5 Years!!!! SO excited!!" To which he replied "Congratulations! Don't **** it up!" I love this man.
But yes, he'll most likely reply to email.
Just post one of his scores on pianofiles. He'll contact you!

Nothing like a grown man getting into a months long bitchfest with a teenaged girl...

Overkill, that made you like him more? It would have had the opposite effect on me.
He's such a nice fellow.
In all seriousness regarding the Tweet, you'd think he'd learn a thing or two about encouraging youths and young theatre artists from Hal Prince after Prince encouraged him so young. Oh well.
I keep reading this thread subject as "Jason Robert Brown Man Fail". I am disappointed whenever I realise what it really is, but also secretly relieved 'cos then I don't have to wonder what kind of man fail it could possibly be...
Well, I didn't see it as him being a ****or anything. I saw it as him just trying to be funny. I don't think he really meant it hatefully, and I use the same kind of humor with people, so that's how I took it.
Im always surprised how many of you here get offended so easily. Of course it was a joke!! and a really funny one too!

Sure it was a joke, but kind of a snide one, don't you think?
He's not really a sunshine and rainbows kinda guy. From reading his blog, I think it's pretty safe to say that's just how his sense of humour is, and he didn't mean anything particularly malicious or rude at all. :P
