Baby It's You and the revival of How to Succeed were the 2 musicals I did not see on my trip to New York this spring. When released, I'll order the hard copy of each cast recording. In the meantime, though, I just want to download 1 or 2 mp3 tracks from each album off of Amazon to make a season compilation disc for my Tony party.
Any suggestions as to which songs from each show I should download? I'd love Beth Leavel's big number or 11 o'clock number if she has one.
I would appreciate any recommendations or insight anyone has -- thanks in advance!
From BABY IT'S YOU: 1. The Opening Medley (Mr. Lee/Book Of Love/Rockin' Robin) 2. Dedicated To The One I Love (Finale Version) 3. Duke Of Earl 4. I Met Him On A Sunday
From HOW TO SUCCEED:
The whole album was awful to me, as Daniel Radcliffe has no business singing. Just go with "Brotherhood Of Man" and call it a day...

Is there anyone who actually likes the new H2$ recording that has a favorite track? Also happy to hear any other opinions on BABY IT'S YOU. Trying to get a consensus here...
The new H2$ cast recording is terrific....in a word. Tracks to hear are: Coffee Break,The Company Way,Brotherhood of Man,Secretary is Not a Toy, I Believe in You.
There are posts on here that do like things on the new recording.
I've been spinning the new "How to Succeed" recording in my car nonstop for the past week. I'll PM you with details and my review. Which is positive. :)
