I'm pretty sure Jennifer Hudson, who already won an Emmy for season 2 said she'll definitely come back and that she's not making any plans at all because she knows for sure she'll be back.

Raul Esparza is a very good suggestion. They can have him in the SVU/SMASH Mashup episode they do where he is prosecuting someone after Karen & Ivy die in an S&M club after singing a song from A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD.

I wonder if they could get Sutton Foster on the show and have her and Karen do a Side Show revival. I mean it makes sense since Karen is clearly based on Sutton.
