Streisand's New Album, A Live Recording of Her Back to Brooklyn Performances (which I saw and thought was absolutely FANTASTIC), but the cover art looks horrendously cheap and not the perfection that Streisand usually strives for. What do y'all think?
Well she's airbrushed to within an inch of her life. I mean she looks about thirty. But that's to be expected. But yeah, looks like someone put her up against a curtain and took a pic with a flash camera instead of with proper lighting.
Art has a double face, of expression and illusion.
It looks sort of like they put her face and hair on a fake body. The shadowing looks totally out of place and her cleavage looks entirely computer generated. I really would have expected more, perhaps it's just a preliminary cover to be perfected later on?
As for the content of the album, what sort of selection did she sing at the concert?
As If We Never Said Goodbye Nice N'Easy/That Face The Way He Makes Me Feel Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered Didn't We Smile Un Amore Cosi Grande O Sole Mio Sam You Made The Pants Too Long Guilty Enough is Enough The Way We Were/Through The Eyes of Love Being Good Isn't Good Enough Rose's Turn/Some People/Don't Rain On My Parade You're The Top What'll I Do?/My Funny Valentine Lost Inside Of You Evergreen Emmanuel When I Fall In Love How Deep Is The Ocean This Masquerade People Here's To Life Make Our Garden Grow/Somwhere Some Other Time Happy Days Are Here Again
I dont know if performances from other concerts will be added in, but some other songs she sang later in the tour were: On A Clear Day, Woman In Love, My Man, and Send In The Clowns, she also did the Happy Days/Get Happy with her sister.
