I would take anything Corine says with a grain of salt.

"Why do people pay top dollar for Broadway Orchestra seats and sleep and worse yet SNORE?"

How did we jump right to this being her intent?!

The only time I ever truly fell asleep at the theater was during SWAN LAKE. Those damn swan dances go on forever! Act 3 was the only engaging part (with the third act finale actually being rather thrilling).

It was free on a school trip though, so no regrets!

I didn't realize how much I'd missed a good CoCo thread.

Things happen. Sad because I adore the music in ONCE. I love it and the new leading man is incredible.

You should have just used your old walker to crash into her and wake her up. You're good at that.

True--I fell asleep at a Tina Turner concert-might have snored.

This is why I carry a spare CPAP machine when I go to the theater.

Can it be true? Is it really Corine? Wow- it's been so long!

I often fall asleep at the cinema- comfy seats, it's dark, hopefully no phone calls, I'm usually there to accompany others rather than as my own choice. Great place to catch a power nap.

I'd be furious if this happened to me. But in all fairness, it was ONCE, so there is a little justification for falling asleep and snoring. As theatregeek suggests, maybe it was her "review".

"Karma is a bitch and you are in for some bad karma you sick f--k."

Oh, honey. If that's true, you can expect Freddy, Jason, Chucky & Michael Myers to all be showing up at your place at the exact same time to show you what Karma really is.

I actually dose off during If/Then but that show was so damn terrible, and I couldn't keep up with it after the first number. To much back and forth...CONFUSING!! And all the songs are slowish, and made good sleeping music for me. But at least i was quiet hahah! Im only going to evening performances now too because the energy is better and everybody's tired during matinees.

How could anyone fall asleep with Idina singing ? When she hits high notes, it could shatter glass.

I was awake during Always Starting Over, and for the whole 2nd Act. She did sound great, but I'm not a HUGE fan like other people, and the show was terrible and confusing. If it was Patti Lupone or Sutton Foster on the other hand...

"A spilled drink on the person and a "Oh I am so sorry" generally works wonders"
This sounds very effective and SOOO NY!
They should not only rent listening devices but CPAPs(maybe by 2025)

It may have been a "death snore", if you are familiar.

A death snore? No idea what that is.
