Just curious... does anyone know if this will be the full show via pay-per-view, just the songs from the show, or outside material not related to Jagged? This is a very interesting, daring endeavor that I might want to check out.

I think the word "performance" was used in a vague way, but the article and tix prices make me think that this will indeed be the entirety of Next to Normal 2.0 in a different space.
That being said, do you think there will be an intermission?

Concert reunion. It’s not a concert staging of JAGGED LITTLE PILL. Cast members will be reuniting, singing songs, etc. Any time a performer “performs”, that is called a performance. Your wishful thinking is blurring every word in that article for you.

"Stars Elizabeth Stanley, Celia Rose Gooding, Sean Allan Krill, Derek Klena, Lauren Patten, Kathryn Gallagher and Antonio Cipriano will all return to their roles from the stage of Shubert Studios for the first time in 10 months."
This pretty much spells out "concert staging."

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Confirmed by the show’s PR rep: cast is only performing songs from the show. It is a concert not a staging of the musical.
