Something by Rufus Wainwright. I'd like to hear (if I was in NYC) Michael Arden sing 'Poses.'
Actually, I would LOVE to hear him sing Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' (also covered by Rufus Wainwright).
Jamie, are you recording the performance?

Well since most people on the board know a lot more about showtunes than me, I'll suggest some rock/pop songs!
I would LOVE to hear John Hill sing "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel, "The Remedy" by Jason Mraz or "Everybody Hurts" by R.E.M. I think he would sound great!
So that's 2 votes for Michael Arden singing 'Origin of Love'. Jamie, now you gotta make him sing it! (heheheh)

Nycboy77 picked a better Smith's song than me -- 'This Charming Man'-- which deals with repressed sexuality, one of Bare's themes! Robbie Williams is a superb idea (speaking of, ahem, repressed sexuality...)

I hope she sees a room with a piano player and a bunch of scary middle-aged queens sitting behind a table, talking to each other as she auditions!!"
