Does he have a fansite?
Does he respond to fanmail?
How long is he set for playing Tarzan?
Do you think he'll do a solo CD?
thanks

Yeah I guess he can sing. He just bugs me. I don't know why. The way he talks. His manorisms. IIII don't know. I was only kidding though. I'm not THAT mean!
He bugs me too.
Him and Jenn Gambatese should occasionally switch roles to keep things hot. No one would know.
Does he have a fantasy?
I've always imagined he has.
^haha...That brought me back to my Junior High days.
are you kidding... someone like this:
would NEVER have that fantasy
His chest hair isn't real, is it? I always thought they put that on him for TARZAN.
or this:
it just makes me sad that my lover, Josh, looks like K-Fed in that pool picture
He can't even TOUCH K-Fed in that picture.
anyone know where any pictures of josh are floating around... aside from head shots... perhaps some production photos or back before he was semi-famous?

Ok.
Well, all of you guys are HILARIOUS, but cmon. he's not all that terrible. Not ATTRACTIVE, but he has a set of pipes.
Who's the girl in the pool picture (which has now scarred me for life, thank you)?
And he's cute with Jenn.
The chestular hair IS real, being put in the fourth row, yeah, it's not ALL paitned on. And who's dorothy?
I'm extremely confused...

i dont think he has a website. if he wants one, id be more than happy to help!
In retrospect, Josh is by far the best thing in Tarzan. I dunno what I was really expecting for a Tarzan, but Josh can sing very well and he can act. It is unfortunate he doesn’t have much dialogue to work with, and a ramshackle production to move around in. His vine swinging is stupid at best.
I dunno if a more masculine Tarzan is needed. If you read the original source material you will learn a lot more about the character. His mannerisms and perspective on life in the book are very interesting. I do like what Disney took for the film, but it is a shame they did not go back to the book for more in the play. Like Frankenstein and Quasimodo, Tarzan is an outsider who has something much more important to teach us.
I was hoping something a little more realistic with the Apes. I wanted to see more of an National Geographic look I think. Josh does a great job, and I am still shocked he lost to Clay and Reuben in Idol. As a gay man, I feel he was really shafted by Fox. Fortunately, he landed on his feet, and I am happy Disney gave him a shot.

mejusthavingfun, what a lovely sentiment you wrote. I agree completely.
I'd give him a shot too (though I'm not disney)
I mean i think its a great triumph for him not to come off as gay on stage... he's incredible in that respect because he is QUITE feminine but you'd never know it on stage...
I really like his costume and makeup design, it's the only one Crowley got right in the whole cast. Tarzan's look is basically Glen Keane's design. Even the human characters have terrible costumes.
but the souvenir book has better pictures than any in broadway history... i should know since I may or may not have 23 pictures of josh strickland in my dorm...
