Allentown2, I don't quite understand the question. Are you asking if any of us can identify a dark-skinned Hispanic actor on Broadway who would be considered black by a standard applied in the US or by an actor of Hispanic extraction who self-identifies as black?
I'm assuming you mean actors who have a black mother and a hispanic father or vice versa. I'm sure there are some, but it would be hard to know unless we knew every minority Broadway performers' parents. I can't think of any that I'm sure on.
