You could try writing to the production, but as of now, plainly put, you're SOL.

cara darling dont be retarted you cannot get this script see ya later hun.
All you have to do is search hard enough and you can find versions of the B'way scrips - for instance, I have a copy from pre-off-broadway.
Just keep looking - it will show up.
You have *got* to be kidding me.
I know this place plays fast and loose with legal stuff like copyrighted images and pirated DVDs of performances, but this request takes cajones of the highest order.
Sheessh. A lot of you are in for serious wake ups when you get out of school and into the real world.
jacob, i'ma smack you soon.
thanks for the 'support' guys..
but it just so happens.. i will be getting it, thank you very much.
so, i'm not kidding you seanmartin. and maybe if you believed a little more you would get what you want, too! imagine that!
where there's a will.. there's a way.
or there's a really nice person. hmph. =)
If this really nice person is neither Steven Sater, Duncan Sheik or one of the show's producers...what you're getting is illegal.
Could you possibly send me a script?
I'm willing to pay for S&H and whatever other costs come about.
Assuming you're able to obtain it, I mean.
Thanks again!
Best,
- Mike

Just cut and paste the wedekind, tone down the rape and wallah.
foa, who's to say the person isn't one of the creative team?
so why don't you shut your face.
limelightmike, i'll pm you. =)
dramaqueen... you've been on these boards for a while now, I've seen you post with my super de duper lurking powers, and I would think you knew if you asked a question where legality is questionable, you’re going to get some snarky responses.
I’m not saying that owning illegal copies of scripts, making bootlegs, or anything of the sort is correct, I’m just saying.. think before you post, and think before you’re surprised at some of the stuff people say on here.
^ better than the actual script
*rimshot*
and cathy wins the thread.
cathywellstein, i think you're funny. =)
and my dear sondheim geek,
for the record, never did i ask for a copy of the script that was illegal. i just wanted to know if there was one that was available. sometimes, there are. legally. that was understood. i'm sorry if you thought differently.
it so happens that what i have is legal. so don't be so quick to judge. if you people have learned anything at all in your life, wouldn't it be not to judge, and live and let live? sheesh.
have a nice night everyone. whether i think you're rude or not, have a nice night.
Wow, you got that right Cathy.
Now come back to bed
CATHY!
