You really expect people to read that LONG post?

Yes
Good luck with that.
tmm, let me ask you something: Had he been found "guilty" instead, would you be singing a different tune?

If he was guilty, sure; I'm a fan, but not rose-colored. It is all about evidence and justice ... please, y'all, read this essay and think about it.
Do any of those essays explain why he paid millions and millions to the accuser's family, him bein' so sweet and innocent and all....?
"I am sick. I am sick of the berating of Michael Jackson. I am sick of all the name calling and references to him as “wacko.” "
With the essay starting off with a sentance like that, no one is going to read it.
Yes, explain the settlements....
Yes, if nothing improper happened.
And what if improper things DID happen?
What if he got a hardOn in the middle of the night and rolled over next to the 9-year-old boy?
What if he rubbed his dick against the butt of the little boy?
What if he kissed the little boy and "accidentally" slipped him some tongue?
What if drank too much wine and sUcked the little boy's dick?
What if he did NONE of this stuff but made the little boy feel UNSAFE, as if any of that stuff could happen AT ANY MOMENT?
How do YOU define INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR...if not by Michael Jackson's actions?
And, finally, why did Michael have his sleepovers only with little boys and never with little girls, if not to engage in precisely the activities listed above?
Sheesh.
Let's not even touch on the FACT that he gave them wine and called it "Jesus Juice"...
WACKO!

How do you say, "Let them eat birthday cake?" in Arabic?
If only we had some gay Arab linguists to help me out.

I give up. If you read this and still say that he's undoubtedly guilty, then I give up. MJ has been chastised ever since branching out on his own after The Jacksons and purchasing Neverland. If I had his money and wanted to avoid a useless trial, I'd pay. But, in the midst of everything else, that's irrelevant. If you read this essay and still say that he is guilty without a doubt, then I don't know what else to say.
Say that his behavior has been inappropriate, because it simply has, by any objective standard.
Well, considering the essay was written by you, an obvious fan, it holds no weight.
Maybe giving up is the right thing here, as you seem to be the ONLY one with your point of view.
Unless you want to give a better explanation as why he paid out the settlements. "If I had his money and wanted to avoid a useless trial, I'd pay." is not an explanation. And ANYONE who was innocent would NEVER just pay out a settlement to avoid going to court. He avoided court because they would have found him guilty and he would have been forced to register as a sex offender.
Why do you think he ran away and hid?

Whatever ... if you can't understand common sense, that's your problem. If you read the essay, very little of it is opinion. But, you didn't read it; rather, you have already determined his guilt and no amount of evdence questioning otherwise can sway you.
I am sorry you're this way.
Great.
Now, cut down that mile long signature you have.
I was once sued by someone for $100,000. It was a civil suit, just like Michael was facing. The suit involved neighbors who wanted to be all chummy and "neighborly" even after being told to their face I wanted no such relationship and I bought my rural property strictly to be left alone and have some peace and privacy. Suddenly I was interfering with their property, trying to intimidate them and harassing them at all times of the day. I guess planting flowers and mowing the grass and riding my horse was offensive to them. They would even call the sheriff at least once a month to come harass me because their dog, cat, cows, horses, etc had disappeared and they knew they were in my barn or house.
It was all an attempt to get me to move, which I wasn't about to do and I made sure it got back to them I wasn't going to move. Two weeks later I was served papers, they had filed their suit for harassment, intimidation, etc.
After a few meetings between their attorney and mine, I was told they would drop the suit if I sold them my property at fair market value. My answer was no. Then their attorney said THEY wanted to move and would drop the suit if I gave them $5000.00. My answer was no.
Of course, I'm not rich and famous, I'm not Michael Jackson and don't claim to know how he thinks. But there was NO WAY IN HELL I was going to give money or property to people accusing me of something I didn't do. I don't understand how anyone can cave in to such people, when one is innocent. But I know sometimes people do cave in and give up. But if I had the money Michael had at the time, and was innocent, this would have gone to court before they would have gotten a dime.
After four years of not doing anything, the suit was thrown out because my lovely neighbors refused to pursue it. Only then did I put my property up for sale.

Thanks for sharing ... it "is" extremely questionable why, if Michael had molested this teenager, the family took the $$ and ran instead of putting their molestor behind bars, not to mention the fact that the "victim" refused to testify in the last case ... detectives were begging him to take the stand.
That opens up a whole new can of beans, tmm. Of course, money is an overwhelming persuader, as we all know. People will kill for $5.00, much less millions more.

Very true. And much of why society has gone so downhill, ya know? It is all about getting as much money as you can however you can; that's what I've clearly noticed.
If I had MJ's $$, I'd pay and get it over with as quickly as possible. But, again, that's me.

Tmm_fan, allow me to put this in words you might better understand. An adult man sleeping with little boys is not the moral or ethical thing to do.

lol Whatever, man. So parents or relatives sleeping in the same room as their kids/grandkids is wrong ... every night, around the world, people are doing just that.
Read my essay; that's all I ask. God Bless, dude ^^).
Michael is not related to the accusers.

If their kids have a sleep-iover with friends, parents will sometimes fall asleep in the same room; it happens, and it's not any different.
But, really ... this is beside the point.
Shouldn't you be out saving baby Harp Seals from from the likes of LizzieCurry?
Or snuggling up to the neighbor kids?
Geez, TMM, the more you post, the more you sound like you support child molesters.
Does TMM stand for Too Much Molesting?
